Shipping

Once an order is placed on the True Friends Pet Accessories web site our despatch team will promptly process the order and you can expect delivery within 15 working days. If there is any hold up in the despatch of your purchases you will be notified via email using the information submitted at the time of  your order.

All of our weights may change without notice, they are approximate and may vary within a few grams. Special shipping prices and conditions may occur on certain products. You will be notified via email if this is the case and the original shipping cost will be removed from your order and the new cost added.

True Friends Pet Accessories uses Australia Post for all deliveries that weigh 20kg or less. The current rates allows us to offer the following charges of delivery 0-500g - $8.00  Australia-wide, over 500g to 20kg  is charged at the current Australia post/Courier rates depending on the destination and will be displayed on the secure order form once the destination has been entered.

For any deliveries that are over 20kg we use Australia post or a competitively priced shipping company such as Courier Australia.

Registered Post is also available at your request.

 

Returns Policy

True Friends Pet Accessories is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products. Please don't hesitate in contacting us via email, info@truefriends.com.au and tell us of your concerns. One of our team members will promptly assist you in your queries.

Upon receiving your purchases please check the packing slip against your invoice to assure that there are no discrepancies between items ordered and items received. Keep all packing slips and related material in case of refund.

Items may be returned, refunded or exchanged. If a return is nesessary the item needs to be returned to us in it's original packaging by post within 21 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be made once we have inspected the returned item to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was sent.  Postage on all returns is at the expense of the customer unless otherwise arranged.  Your money will then be refunded in the same manner the purchase was paid.  If the item is to be exchanged, the new item will be sent via post at 'True Friends Pet Accessories' expense.
